- National Research Council of Italy – coordinated by the Institute of Heritage Science, with the involvement of the Institute of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate and the Institute of Polymers, Composites and Biomaterials
- University College London represented by the Institute for Sustainable Heritage

GreenHer CoE is led by Centre Director in collaboration with the Board of Directors of the CoE. Jointly, they provide operational leadership of the Centre in which they are advised by the international Advisory Board (in establishment). Strategically, the Centre is led by the Governing Board of the Centre with representatives of all Partner Organisations and Partner Members.
Operationally, the Central Office provides assistance in the day-to-day running of the CoE.
The Centre was established on the 21st of October 2025 through the Decision no. 8.1 of the University of Ljubljana Senate. The Centre is jointly funded by the EC Horizon Europe project (GA no. 101136457) and the Slovenian Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as through a portfolio of own income.
